Default Dirty Heim Joints

So I took off my wheel today and noticed that my heim joints on my Currie control arms were a little dirty:

You can see all the dirt down inside the joint. Is this OK? I grease them about once a month or so, is there any other maintenance I should do to them? I know they are rebuildable if you have to buy a kit, but I'm not sure if I can take them apart and clean them without a kit.... Thanks!

I wouldn't pull them apart if they didn't need to be rebuilt. If you grease them the grease should push the dirt out away from the joint.

what robar said. you do not need to pull your joints apart as the new grease will push out any contaminants and keep things clean inside.
