Probably not. They started out about 3 or 4 inches away from the coils before I started playing around on a rock. I guess turning the wheel while flexing drew them into spring.

Was hoping someone had a zip tie trick or something.

Looks Like the brake lines need to be longer
If these are RE long arm brake lines they are not long enough. Especially since the Coil over has way more travel.
You also May want to check and see if your sway bar links are long enough at full drop.

Were did you purchase the coil overs From?
The springs look kind of short on the shock, and I don't see a coil timing nut above the spring Isolator. This can all effect ride Quality.

Thanks for responding Mel,

It is the RE LA kit but the brake lines do appear to be long enough. Here are some pix at almost full drop without the sway bar links. The limit straps keep it from flexing all the way. The bungie cord trick worked great, until I lowered it off the hi-lift.

either add brake line extensions or swap out your brakelines for a set of teraflex lines. that's what i'm running now and can tell you that they are the longest brake lines you can get and you shouldn't have this problem anymore.

The springs are custom. They dialed in the spring rate based on the exact weight of my rig (with me in it) under each wheel. It's over 5k lbs and 62% is in the front.

I'll check on the coil timing nut. So far, the ride quality is pretty smooth on the road. It does feel a little harder going over speed bumps though. They're set at 250 so we probably need to drop it down to 200 or 225 before I try them out on the trail.

First, I need to resolve this brake line issue. Not sure if the lines are too short or they just need to be mounted at a little different angle.

Thanks for your help!
