Default Rear end Sags

I have a Tera-Flex 3" lift with all 8 adj. arms, the rear axle is rotated. I have a heavy
Schrockworks bumper on front with a Warn 9000 winch, on the rear I have a RockHard bumper/tire carrier. I know the 35" Toyo hanging off the back does not help.
I also have a Tuffy box in the back about half full of tools and fluids.
When I rotated the axle I lost about 1.5 inches of lift, I then put a 1.5 in. Tera Flex spacer in the rear but it still sags about 2 inches lower than the front. I could use some help on this.
Thanks
