Default 2-3'' lift

Are spacers a reasonable way to lift my truck? i want to touch as minimal as possible as far as the factory suspension..I dont know any real off roading..I just want a more aggressive look for the truck without changing so much and spending a whole lot...However i dont want any issues and want to do something the right way...any suggestions? New to this jeep game!

Yep! Could tell. You called your Jeep a truck, twice!

As far as the lift goes.. You'll need more than spacers to get 3" of lift. Spacer lifts are generally under 2" or so.

There are a lot of good kits in the 2.5" range. The Teraflex 2.5" Budget Boost (shocks and coils) is what I'm looking at, myself. That or the similiar Old Man Emu...

just adding spacers might give you the height you want, but the ride is going to suffer. Your caster and some other things will be off which will lead to a ride that is not as good.

Any of the 2.5 BB's with shock extensions should do fine for you. You're not worried about articulation, so you don't need the extra spring rates with the coil lifts.

Jeep, Jk, and occasionaly Rig will all do. Truck, Car, and Ride will cause your JK to malfunction and piss oil all over your driveway and flash annoying lights at you.

Agreed. Rig is acceptable, but the term "truck" is not okay when used to describe a Jeep.
