I have a Teraflex BB lift and im ready for new tires.
Im going to keep my stock Moab (OEM) rims but im thinking about going up to a BFG tire.

33's would be a perfect fit but honestly, you could get 35's under there with just minor rubbing at a full stuff. this is the route i would go

35s are to much tire.
This is a daily driver for me, untill i get a commuter car.

With the stock rims you are going to want to go with a 285/70R17 or add wheel spacers if you want a wider tire.

You could split the difference and get a 295/70/R17, they are almost 34" but in the real world size with weight on them they would probably measure 33.5". You would definately need some wheel spacers.

Then stick with 285/70/R17. It may rub a little on the plastic airdam, easily fixable with a Dremel or just pull it off.

I've got 315/70-17s (ProComp Xtreme M/Ts) and like them a lot. They are nominally 34.6", but are actually slightly under 34". You'd need spacers or new wheels with less backspace though.
