Which Nitto Terra Grappler size do i use?Thankss
Ok guys Thanks for all your help thus far. Im just not sure what size for the terra grapplers. I am using my stock 18" rims. i dont want wheel spacers. and i am going with a 2" bb. I would like my tires to not come out of the fenders. there are diff sizes with diff widths. I know i want 33's or maybe even 33.** but i dont know what width i should get to get them to be inline with the fender. hopefully u guys can figure it out. thanks here is the link.

You don't want to run spacers, so...

Q: What is the biggest size tire I can fit on my stock Jeep JK Wrangler?
A: The largest tire size that the factory recommends is a 255/75R17 (which comes standard on Rubicon models) or a 32x10.50. However, there are many Jeep JK Wrangler owners who are currently running as big as 285/70R17 or 33x10.50's with little to no rubbing issues.
Since you need spacers or aftermarket wheel to run 12.50 wide tires, these are ruled out...

Q: What back spacing will I need on my wheels in order to clear 12.50 wide tires?
A: I would recommend that you do not exceed 4.75" of back spacing and even at that, you may still have some minor rubbing up front at a full turn. Also, I would recommend that you do not go any less than 3.75" as anything less would cause your tires to stick out very far past the fender flares. Any back spacing within this range should work out great.
You want a Nitto Terra Grappler, you want something close to a 33" tall tire, you know you can't fit a 12.50 wide tire, and you need one close to 10.50 wide, so...

265/70/18 32.64 x 10.67
275/70/18 33.27 x 10.94
275/65/18 ...
And, since they run small, I'd go with the tallest tire you can find that is < 11" wide. (my 295/75/16's, that they show as 33.27" tall, actually measure out at 32" on the jeep...)
If you change your mind about spacers or aftermarket rims, more tire showing past the fender - more choices will open up.

I used the 295/17 Terra grapplers on my stock rims with 1.5 in wheel spacers. If you want the 33s and be flush with fenders and the stock rims you will have to use spacers. Nothing wrong with them. Some Porsches even came with them from the factory. Just be sure to use a quality one like Spidertrax.
