How is the 2" Mopar lift kit that Jeep can install at the dealership? Anyone know if this is a suspension lift and whether it would allow me to run 33's or 35's?

Also would it be much cheaper to have a lift done aftermarket?

depends on the wheelin u do for a hard wheeler i think that would allow u room for 33s with no rub

but also u gotsta look a ur gearing...

if its stock i wouldnt go any bigger than 33s unless u have a rubicon

i think that same lift runs from 4wheel partts for like 200 but at the stealership they charge 1000 plus labor

its up to u!

It's fine, but what pay $1500 or so for a 2" lift from Mopar, that you can buy for $350 elsewhere? I've heard they are just rubicon express kits or something rebadged for mopar?

If its to "maintain your warranty", you should be OK with almost any 2" lift unless something goes wrong with the suspension itself. It's going to be hard for them to blame engine failure, etc. on your lift. And its against the law for them to deny a warranty claim unless a mod is directly related to the cause of your problems... sure they'll try to deny claims (depending on dealer) but probably wont get away with it if you are persistent.
