Default 2.5'' Lift on 35s, no off-set

Alright, on a stock 4dr JK, X trim package and I was looking to toss the following on it and i had a pair of questions.

Wheels
http://www.elites-wholesale.com/Shop...d/0/rid/126374 (17x8)

Tires
http://www.quadratec.com/products/92606_3XX_A_PG.htm (35x12.4)

Suspension
http://www.quadratec.com/products/16117_102X_B_PG.htm (Nitro)

My two questions are:

What do you think of the skyjackers? The stuff i've read on the forums hasn't been highly flattering, are they flat out crap or just not worth the price? Is there anything particularly wrong about them? Throw down another $150 for the Teraflex?

the other is: with the combo of 2.5 inch lift, 35x12.4 tires and no offset on the rims am i gonna have any problems with rubbing?

and quick third problem i just came up with, is 8'' rims with a 12.4'' tire gonna be alright?

The 2.5" lift will clear 35's
You will need at least 4.5" backspacing on any wheels you decide to get to not rub

Skyjacker tends to be over priced and their kits are never quite complete, thats why most people dont like them.

a 12.5" wide tire is not too wide for an 8" wide wheel. i'm going to be running 13.5" wide tires on my 15x8 cragars when i finally get it all mounted next week.

I have those Helo's on mine and love them. I got them from a recommendation from Joe the Teraflex rep on here since he was running them as well.

I'd say skip the Skyjacker and get the TeraFlex.

Love mine! Now if I would learn to not rub them against the rocks so much. I've only seen 1 other JK that had them here in Utah and they were installed at my retail store.

TylerSontag: Got any questions on our kits give me a call.

Well thanks for the help all, I think i will get some Teraflex :-D.

And i'm glad to hear some people in favor of those wheels, i was a little disappointed, i thought they looked sick.

Buut they still don't have any offset, so if i'm gonna have problems with rubbing (fairly important, the turning radius on a Jeep has always been one of my favorite things about them) should i get some wheel spacers? Any suggestion on size or material? Or are spacers flat out not worth it and i should start looking for some different wheels?
