Smoothest "daily driver" lift to run 35's?
In your guys' opinion, what's the most comfortable or smoothest lift to run 35's? I would like to maybe dabble a little bit with some rock crawling, but I mostly see myself doing trails and maybe some snow stuff and I don't think I want to do a body lift.
I also really like the feel of how the 4 door auto rubi drives stock when I test drove it so I'd like to at least maintain that feel or improve on it if possible. I don't even know if that's possible if you lift it.

I have the Black Diamond 3" lift with Bilstein shocks and am very pleased with how well it rides on and off road. I have a 2 door that is basically a daily driver that finds its way off road just occasionally. Couldn't be happier.
PS - I'm sure you'll find similar comments about other quality lifts from TeraFlex, FabTech, etc.

Go with the Teraflex 3" lift with a set of adj control arms (teraflex flex arms)and adj front trackbar(teraflex HD forgedadj trackbar). Set your caster around 5-6 degrees and your JK will handle better than stock

You can't go wrong with a spacer lift if your goal is to maintain a smooth ride. It's also extremely cost effective. They will improve your ground clearance a couple inches (usually 2" or 2.5") allowing you to run bigger tires like 35" tires. The biggest benefit is that you retain your original ride quality because it does not change your suspension/shocks/etc at all if you just install the spacers, but it does allow you to run bigger tires up to 35".
I installed the Rough Country 2.5" suspension lift and it's been great but there are many choices to choose from. Here's a link to the RC one at http://www.roughcountry.com/jeep_jk_2.html .
I'll be installing 35" tires next week so it won't be long before I have some pictures to show also!

There is plenty of info on this forum that will help you make a wise choice.

Just make sure you stay away from cam bolts. Adj control arms are better and safer. AEV doesn't offer CAs. Teraflex does

People are going to recommend whatever it is they're running on their own rig. It's natural. Unfortunately, you'll just have to bight the bullet and try one out; or perhaps take a ride in somebody's rig that has some aftermarket goodies to give you an idea.
Love the Teraflex 2.5 spacer lift. Added 1 inch spacer to front to level it out. Went to Xenon's after replacing factory fender clips half dozen times. They also allow bigger tires, had 35's now 37's with a trim and wheel spacer
