Default Left Front Sway Bar Link Failure Jk Rubicon

Does any one have any information or experience with continued front sway bar link failure on the drivers side? I have a Rubicon Unlimited with a 4.5" lift with 37" tires. Even when doing what I would consider light duty 4-wheelin I continue to break the drivers side sway bar link. I upgraded to a Tera-Flex disconnect link which last a little longer but still failed on the left side?? Very little front axle articulation leads to this failure. Last time the tab on the front axle bent before the link failed and the factory electronic sway was "disconnected". I understand I could get out of the vehicle and really disconnect the sway bar links to stop this problem and if the line required alot of articulation I would but this happens with pretty easy off road conditions. Any ideas???

What lift are you running? It sounds like you are getting more articulation in the front than the links can handle, causing them to "flip" and then bend.

The basic lift was a Superlift. I have added a number of different parts as needed from others - Tera-Flex Shocks - rear track bar bracket - brake lines - ect....

I had this problem on my drivers side also. I have a teraflex 4" lift and Terraflex ended up sending me longer links to keep the swaybar more level and seems to of fixed it so far. Yaaaa Teraflex!!!
