Default Stock 17's with 33's

I've got an '09 JK Unlimited and I've put some 285/70/17 BFG TKO tires on stock wheels. No lift. I'm getting some rubbing when I turn all the way left or right. Would putting wheels with 4.5' or 5' backspacing solve this problem? Thanks in advance for your help.
Cheers,
G

I believe it would. I put virtually those same tires on my 09 and I also have a little rubbing. I'm going to install wheel spacers as my fix.

Default Get some spacers

I am running the same tires on my Rubi rims w/o a lift. With the Spidertrax spacers it works and looks great. No pics required. You'll like it!

You guys that have rubbing with out the spacers . . . Is that at full flex while offroading? . . . or is it like rubbing while turning into a parking spot? . . Also would trimming anything be another fix or is spacers the only solution (obv keeping the 33's & factory wheels)

Dont mean to hijack but it seemed relevent to simply continue this thread then start my own for little reason other than clutter the board.
