If you have any question, feel free to shoot us a PM or post up here. We are more than happy to share our opinion to your questions, but I think our answer is obvious and may be a little biased.

I have one and love it. It rides very smooth with no squeaks or noises. I also run the Rancho 9000 adjustalbe shocks which are great and the Rancho exhaust as well so I don't smash the muffler in the stock position.

I have wheeled it in Moab and loved it. We did the Rusty Nail trail, one of the more difficult trails and never had an issue. There were times that the lower control arms were rubbing on the rocks and the only thing that happened was the paint was scraped off. I did put two inch spacers on the springs for more articulation.

Riff Raff, second obstacle, on the Rusty Nail trail, Moab Ut.

what kind of bushings do they use? it doesn't look like they use any kind of flex joints at the frame ends of the arms. Hows articulation? Any problems with the bracket for the rear triangulated link coming loose? I had my mind set on a regular short arm lift when the time comes, but this kit seem priced pretty reasonably, and I like the rear set up.

We have a patented articulation bushing that we use on all joints and have been using it for more than 10 years. We have perfected the chemistry of the bushings to allow full articulation as well as durability of the bushing. As with all of our suspension products, it’s a lifetime warranty.
As for the rear setup, the guy above opted not to use the additional brackets provided in the kit that attached on top of the diff cover. It is a preventative method (that we do not recommend to skip) to prevent rotation about the axle, but the bracket also picks up some surfaces above the pinion gear.

How did you like no left turn on Rusty Nail? That is a crazy turn. Not hard at all, but still crazy...

The joints have never been an issue. I think I get plent of articulation. The reason the rear does not have the other brackets is because it is welded on to the diff so it cannot rotate. If you do not weld then you should use all the parts supplied by Rancho.

Yea it is crazy. Looks alot worse then it is. This video shows how well the suspension articulates.
