Dana 44 Housing Build Up?

What would it take to get a Mopar Dana 44 front housing under my x?
1. superior gears
2. Arb locker
3. Evo c gussets and magnums
4. chromo axle shafts
5. the brakes from my dana turdy
what else am i missing?
my other option is a dynatrac pro rock 44. but i havent found pricing on that yet. obviously, the dynatrac is a far superior option...but i will have to weigh in the cost as a major factor.
ps- i am running 37's.
