Question Best Air Filter for DD with TBS?

Ok, so i added a TBS about 6 months ago, and I was wondering what the best Air filter might be for my JK daily driver?

I was looking at:

aFe Pro Dry Power Air Filter $42.99 + 9.99 = $52.98
True Flow XDI $269.00 + 20 = $289.00

No water or rain here in Laredo TX. Average rainfall per year is on 20 inches.

What other suggestions do you have?

I always go with the time proven K&N. Did you notice any difference with the TBS? Many people say there's no benefit.

A barely noticable difference in low end torque.
Hoping to get a little more by changing the OE Air Filter.

Minimal I believe. I installed the K&N and drilled out my air box and believe I feel better off-the-line throttle response but.............who knows?

Looking for a bit more power ...

Got stuck in mud once and I couldn't get the tires to spin in 4H only in 4L.

Hey, my cousin lives in Laredo bro! The Airaid CAI has worked very well for me.. It comes with a cold box that keeps heat from the engine, and most importantly debris (mud, water, sand), away from the filter.

I noticed more of a power gain with a K&N drop in filter and my AEV ram-air snorkel than any cai that I have ever installed on any vehicle!

The K&N drop in helps, but it's still no race car. It adds a little pep and low end torque, but nothing to write home about.

I'm betting that was the ESP/traction control getting in your way. In 4L its disabled. You have to manually disable it in 4H.
