Default Need some help depicting the difference between coils - Old Man Emu

Here's the link http://www.quadratec.com/products/pr...d+Man+Emu&pg=1

I already have a Rubicon Express 2" BB (I'm getting rid of the puck spacers). It came with twin tube shocks that I plan on keeping, and I have JKS front/rear track bars. Thus, I only want the OME HD coils.

In the rear I have a MOPAR steel rear bumper, duel jerry cans, and a spare tire (33x12.50)

In the front I will be getting a steel bumper to match the rear, and I have the Warn M8000 winch on the way.

Using that link, what coils do I want for the front and rear? (I see 2" and then I see 2.5". I need some extra help in order to make the correct purchase the first time)

Thanks!

I would call Dave at Northridge. Tell him what you have as far as weight goes and where you want be as for height and he will get you the right springs....with free shipping.

Start with how much lift you are wanting to achieve?

Even with all the weight you're throwing on, the heavy OME coils will give over 3".

And, with all that weight, the 'light' coils will be compressed quite a bit, right?

So, my opinion is that some combination of medium/heavy springs will be your best bet. (depending on how much you want to lift it, if one end is already higher than the other, etc...)
