Default Worth the Mopar? Or just a Bestop soft top?

Ok, so I bought my hardtop with the intention of leaving it on, but now that it is nearing summer I have dreams of my old TJ no top no doors days. So how much quieter is the Mopar really? If it is actually better, the money is okay - but if not, why spend an extra $600? If I was patient I would just wait but..........

Thanks guys

In just the soft top department, I'd go with Mopar. However, I do have Bestop's bikini top and deck cover, and couldn't be happier as I have those on 2/3 of the time than my factory soft top.

Thanks, thought it was probably a little bit too good to be true

Do yourself a favor and take a long hard look at the Offroad Heros top.

or Bestop's TrekTop....

OR, the best thing to do is find a used factory soft top.. 1/2 price and all the piece of mind of the factory leaky top instead of an aftermarket leaky top.

How loud is that Offroad Heros top on the highway without frames though? I like the look and the price, but no zippers or frame makes it loud as hell doesn't it?

I have had OEM and after market tops over the years. Always found OEM better. Look at the "for sale" section. You can get factory tops for as little as $300.

Buy a used OEM. I got one for about $400 for everything and other than being a little dirty its as good as new!
