Default Tow Hook Plates/bolts - Part Numbers

Anyone have mopar part numbers for the tow hook backing plate and the bracket with the bolts which go on the front of the tow hook?

I have the hooks, I am looking for the parts for the plates and the stud plate. That website identified the stud plate and it looks like it might be cheaper to buy an OEM tow-hook kit rather than buy the individual parts. sigh.

I'm wondering this too. I bought some tow hooks off ebay and they didn't come with the backing plates. I've seen in another thread people running the hooks without the bp but I'm not sure how secure this is.
