Default used fab fours

I picked up a used fab fours bumper for $600 !!!

It has some good scratches and its the first gen. It looks like on the 2nd generation they left out the logo and 2 extra tubes so I was thinking about cutting them out...

Should I cut them out and then just spary paint flat black then??? What would u guys do???

Oh ya it did not come with hardware to install

P.S. My taraflex lift and my rockstar rims and 37x13.5x18 toyo's come it this week

Here is a picture of the bumper...

Why cut anything out? Just touch up the paint and leave it as is.

I have had the gen 1 and now have the gen 2 rear. All I can say is the gen 1 was better in my opinion. I had to have the gen 2 tack welded in place due to the removal of some of the inside supports on the bumper. The gen 2 also seems to shake or wiggle a little more than the 1 ever did. I think this is due to the removal of the logo and the tubes. I believe the color match is black satin if you are going to paint. Just give F.F. a call for the hardware they are a great bunch of guys. Good luck and good score
