So I orderded the TF 2.5 coil lift with shock adapters, which I hear is a good enough economy lift with the rubi shocks. I have an X, and this is my daily driver, so I am a bit concerned about how the ride will be. I am going to get adjustable track bars and a steering stabilizer over the next little bit, but I am also thinking about some new shocks.... so my question is, what do you guys recommend as a good (and affordable) choice of shocks for a 2.5" lift? I didn't get the TF lift with the shocks becuase it wasn't in the budget right now, with buying new wheels and tires too. Any advice is apreciated. thanks.

 

It depends on how "affordable" you want. I run Bilstein 5100's with my 3" TF lift
Bilstein (and many vendors) are offering a "buy 3 get one free" right now.
