33's will fit on a stock JK without a lift.
Now for the rest of the answer to your question. I won't tell you to do a search but you might want more answers than just my opinion.
If you intend to disconnect your front swaybar like most of us do for offroad they will rub. You may also have rubbing when you turn lock to lock. Different back spacing on aftermarket wheels can fix this or you could use spacers.
You can do several different things to reduce or eliminate rubbing on your fenders. A simple and inexpensive body lift will give you clearance around your fenders for larger tires. Another good thing about body lift is that it doesn't change the geometry of your suspension and it let's you keep a low COG (center of gravity). This means that raising only the light weight body section doesn't make it as easy to turn over on and off the street. A low cost budget boost will also let you have larger tires without much of a rubbing issue. It really all depends on how you intend to use your Jeep and where you would like to spend your money. Stick around this site and you will see we can help you spend your money!!!!!!!
