Default Anyone convert their Roll Bar into an Air Tank?

Others have told me about this conversion on older Jeeps and I was wondering if it is something that can be done on the JK.

I guess by sealing the tubing, or whatever the roll bar is made out of. then drilling and tapping for air compressor fittings.

I was just wondering if anyone had done it yet, or if it is possible with the new roll cage design.

I was wondering - with Nitrogen in my Tires and Helium in my Roll bar - would that make my tread last longer? Always looking for a little Rise in life.............

Would think the first question is "What would the minimum capacity need to be?". This will determine how much roll cage is needed and where on the Jeep you can do it. Then will need to figure pressure capacity. Really love the idea and may be worth a trip to the local salvage yard to grab a rollbar section to work with.

I think the most important question to ask is how to plug up all the holes and crack on the OEM "sport cage." The OEM sport cage is not welded hollow tubing like some other models or custom made roll cages.
