What Lift-Height to get after Adding Bumpers & Winch
I Added a front and rear Mopar bumper plus a winch and obviously there is some height lost. I estimate a lost of about 1.5 in the front and 1" in the back.
My dilemma is deciding which lift-height to get so I can clear 33" tires and not have to do any driveline mods.
Every lift brand advertises that their 2-inch lifts clear 33" inch tires but, what about after the added height lost due to after market bumpers + winch.
I’m thinking of getting a 2.5 inch lift plus a ¾ coil spacer for the front. With this option I’ll only really be getting a 1 ¾” lift in the front and 1.5” in the back because of my add-ons. Will that be enough to clear 33” tires.
Thanks,

I would think that you should be fine. Have you thought about adding a 1" body lift? Cheap way to compensate for the bumpers. I lost 1" front and back and the bodylift balanced it out. Adding a RE 4.5" as soon as it arrives.
ed, I think that you'll get more out of it than that, I have both front and rear Mopar bumpers, don't have the winch on yet, with a 4" Skyjacker, and I guarantee you that I got more that 2-3 inches of lift out of the front. It may sag the factory springs that much, but I think that you will see a difference in lift springs and it'll be better off than you are anticipating. Here's a pic with both bumpers and tire carrier with my lift and 35's..........
