I was curious to see what that would look like in Jeep form. Actually, better than I expected. The Panda is a good vehicle and they're pretty tough and pretty capable for what they are.

Look at it like this, its definitely a much better vehicle than the Compass.

A "Jeep" 4x4 that gets 39 MPG city....I'd buy one for a DD for sure. Would save me a buttload of cash from driving my beast, plus its still branding the Jeep name. This is what the compass should have been.

I have driven a Panda....wasn't impressed. The only thing the 4x4 was good for was crawling out of German potholes!! I really hope Chrysfiat doesn't try to bring that thing over, they have made enough mistakes already. They would never get that milage with American emissions standards either. Hell I didn't even get those numbers with European emissions standards.

having owned a metro before, this is basically a "4wd" metro (kinda sorta) and I'd buy one for keeping miles off the big stuff. Some of those small cars can actually be fun to drive. It was kind of like having a big go cart.
