that nice ticking sound from a rock that got stuck in you tire....

 

I have about 20 of those.

 

when i first got my mudders that happed and i was driving home and thought somthing was wrong with my jeep. i kept hearing it tick faster as i went faster and i was like oh shit whats broke. lol. i finnally pulled the rock out and when the ticking stopped i was like wow im an idiot. lol

 

sounds like tap shoes ...

 

Hate when that happens.

 

yeah... i have a lot of gravel in my neighborhood on the side roads... my jeep ends up sounding like a submachine gun with a suppressor by the time i get home or out of the neighborhood.

but then I hit the highway and it sounds like a full blown assault BB gun as they vacate the tired and impact me and the jeep

 

Hear it everyday when I leave work. It's a warning to people not to tailgate me for the first mile or so.

 

The sound I hate more is when that rock decides to let go at 60 plus MPH. Sounds like a dang gun goin off. I had some BFG A/Ts on my F250 that were awful at doin that. Made me almost crap myself everytime.

 

make good for ice traction! just can't figure out how to keep them in long enough...

 

Love it when they hit the paint. Have some battle scars for sure.
