Default how tight is too tight (suspension install)

Hi all,

Just finished my RE 2" BB install. My question is, for the front shocks, on the top shocks mount (the one with rubber bushings and washer). How tight should you tightned this bolts?

RE instruction says to tighten the bolt until the rubber bushings are slightly bulging . Well, it's somewhat bulging now, but i still can tighten even more i i wanted to......

Any input would be appreciated
tks

Do it just way the instructions say to. You don't want any vertical movement, but you want the shock to be able to flex as the suspention moves.
