Is it just me...
my first vehicle was a Jeep, that was like in 1990, I bought a 1979 CJ7 Laredo and fell in love with JEEPS...
A year later I got 89 YJ, then went for a 92 renegade(Remember those plastic flares)... a month after my new paint job, it got stolen...
With the insurance money, I then bought a 92 Sahara(The paint was matte green... I loved that color..)
After that, I was doing to much mileage and needed something more comfortable so I bought another brand.... a couple years passed... I was missing the fun part of driving a JEEP SO... I convinced my GF to get a TJ, then another TJ... Those last 2 weren't mine but I was driving them and enjoying them every weekend...LOL
I'm now driving a 07 Sahara 2dr and I ordered a Silver 4dr last week.. =)
It must be a JEEP thing...
So what's your Jeep history...?

I bought my '07 two years ago. It is my first Jeep. And it leaves me wondering why it took me this long. I truly wish my history was more like yours. So much time wasted. Now, what was that next mod I need to spend money on . . .
So proud, I put it in my sig line, but I will go more into detail, my story is a little similar to yours.
Got back from Army AIT in 1991, bought 89 YJ. Put 2" lift, tires, wheels and other goodies. Red and Kaki.
Met a girl, was driving a lot, traded for a Maxima, Married girl, got 2 Honduh's. Cried a little every time I saw a Jeep. Wanted to be responsible, due to the kids we were having, got a used 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee, ahhh, back into a Jeep. Put 2" lift on it, and tires, yes I lifted a Grand Cherokee. Drove it to near death, bought a new 09 JK Unlimited.
So, I've had an 89, 99, and an 09. I guess my next one will be a 19?

Mine are in my sig but....
I had a 73 VW bug, but went to college so I got a well abused 94 GC. It was awesome, my first wheeling experience. Loved it.
Then I had a few different rides MB 240D, MGB, Isuzu Rodeo, Crown Vic, motorcycles, Porshce 911, but longed to be back in a Jeep. First I could afford was a 80 CJ-5 with the 4cyl Iron Duke. Bought it and loved it as well. The only reason I sold it was to get the 97 TJ that had been in my family since new. At that time my wife and I both had Jeeps, me the CJ then TJ and she had a KJ. Sold the TJ to get my wife a commuter car. Traded the KJ on a F150 cause we needed a truck....yeah right. Less than two years later and the truck was sold to get the JK. The JK will be around for awhile since I love it.
O yeah all this happened since I got out of college in 2000....I have a Jeep sickness, but the first step is identifying it. I've learned there is no cure.

2nd-95 YJ with the 4 cylinder. Started like a champ in the middle of winter after spending many nights outside in Minnesota winters. Highway speeds were less nothing to brag about.
3rd and still in the garage-99 TJ with 3in lift and 33's (for sale)
4th- 08 Sahara Unlimited.
All have been daily drivers.
