Well my jeep went to the dealer for only the 2nd time in 51,648 miles. Never been to this dealer in High Point NC before and I expected to be jerked around like so many others get from their dealers. I had some bad engine noise going on, sounded like a pulley to me but it wasnt my normal idler pulley on tensioner pulley noise, ruled out the a/c comp pulley also. I nervously sat and waited 1hr 45min and when the service writer comes into the waiting room first thing he says is its covered under your lifetime powertrain warranty HOLY CRAP they didnt say any of my mods caused it. I figured my snorkel, my non stock griffin radiator, my non hoat antifreeze, my brown engine bay, and everything else would at least make them fight covering it EVER lol. I had it at another dealer down in GA 500mi over the 36K warranty and they wouldnt cover the a/c cond even when I tried telling them I had the problem on my way down to GA from NC. I am XTREMELY SHOCKED and Happy as hell

oh and I was really nervous and worried because I was sitting in the waiting room and the one service writer came in and told one of the women waiting in there her car needed a new alternator, the woman barely understood, and it would be $543 for the alternator and thats giving her a deal, it normally sells for 611 she told her. If I wasnt worried about my Jeep being covered I would have had to say something, thats a rip off
