Seatglovers has the WORST customer service ever!!!

Default Seatglovers has the WORST customer service ever!!!

Just venting here, but after reading several good comments on this site about the quality of the seatglovers covers, I decided to order a set. Once I received the covers (took 2 weeks), there were no less than 5 small tears and places where the seams were already splitting. After 2 calls and an email to the NON-EXISTENT customer service, I finally got an email with the return instructions. I shipped the covers back and was told I would receive a full refund. The covers arrived at seatglovers on the 10th of July and I still have not received my refund 11 days later. I have tried calling the customer service number 3 times and have left messages requesting a return phone call and have now emailed them 3 times. NO responses!! Anyone have any advise??

Did you use a credit card? If so, contact their customer service. If not, please accept some friendly advice: Always use a credit card for out-of-state orders.

I paid using paypal. I know I can start a dispute with them, but I thought I would give seatglovers another day.

Opened a Paypal dispute and received a refund in less than 5 minutes??? Received a message along with the refund that they have recently moved from FL to CO and that they are very far behind... Hopefully they will catch up and return to customer service now.
