275/70/18 tires ?

Default 275/70/18 tires ?
Will they work on stock 18 with no lift / spacers . I know they will fit the rims just wondering about clearance or rubbing until I get 2.5 BB . And worried about the backspacing on the stock 18 wheels. (roughly 10"x33")
