Cracked it the second time wheeling, then on the forth trip I came out of deep water with it draging by one plastic clip underneath the Jeep. Why would they keep that plastic piece for crap on the rubi model???

LOD will be supplying me with a decent 'steel' one when they deliver my new front and rear bumpers.

 

ripped it off first time, which jus meant to me, it aint supposed to be there,

 

X's 2000!!--every story that I've heard of this occurring, has been relatively tame wheeling. sometimes mud, and sometimes water. but usually nothing hardcore. I took mine off with a hacksaw.

 

Ripped it off? I thought it was labled remove before using.....sort of like the little plastic pieces on toys I took mine off the day after buying the JK.

 

2nd mod I did the day I bought it! 1st was drill the mirrors

 

my kid uses mine as a sled in the winter

 

 

Ripped mine off the first time I went out. Got stuck in the mud and when I was pulled out the air dam tried to dig a hole and popped off.

It hangs in my garage now, like a trophy.

I destroyed that thing... literally... I was tired of that plastic and I melted the screws with a lighter... easy mod
