Default I hate FedEx!

My new ARB front bumper was supposed to be here today. FedEx called me yesterday to ensure I'd be home which is something they'd never done before. I knew something weird was up then.

My girlfriend met the FedEx guy at the door of my condo today and took one look at the box and said "Oh no. That aint good." and proceeded to text me. Apparently the box got destroyed durring shippment. Said it was missing large chunks of paint/powder coat in spots and looks like it'd been raked across course concrete. Even the FedEx guy (a Jeeper) said he wouldn't throw that on his rig. My girl refused shippment.

At least Dave at Northridge is being awesome about it (like he is everything) and said they'd try to get a replacement shipped as soon as possible and that refusing delivery was the right thing to do.

Stupid FedEx.

Hey at least you get notes at your apartment. Fedex and UPS just drop my packages by the trashcan on the first floor and they get thrown out or stolen. I live on the second floor.

Which reminds me. Eddie I still haven't gotten my Project-JK stickers. I'll send you an email. I don't blame you guys at all. I blame the shipping company.

The guy who tried to deliver it turns out to be a member of my local Jeep club and owns 3 Jeeps of his own. According to my girlfriend he was totally cool about the whole thing and I apperciate you taking care of it Dave.

They said something about it not resting on a couple pieces of wood properlly.

I didn't presonally see it and my gf's camera wasn't charged to take pictures.

UPS dropped my Mopar rear a few times from the way the box showed up and it was on a pallet. The d-ring mounts and corners were nice and scratched. Odd thing though is that they didn't mess up my RR front that was on the same pallet.

I would have refused it but I planned on bed-lining it anyway so I basically said screw it.
