Sorry dude.....you get no points from me, texting while driving is wrong, it's dangerous and it killed one of my best friends kids.....If you wanna drive, then drive....if you wanna text, then text....but don't do both together.
This is just my opinion and it's based on personal experience....your feelings may vary...

Whenever I get an iPhone 3Gs I'll be able to take video of myself driving, then edit the video while driving and post it so people on the site here can see it, while I'm driving... assuming I don't die doing it
I'm starting to understand why my parent's were so nervous when I learned to drive. I believe TWD was recently outlawed in NY state. The comment from one of the people discussing it on the news was great. I believe he said, "Do we really need to make common sense law?"
I'm sure you practice in parking lots and then low speed areas.
Even if you are "good" at it, you are still putting others at risk.
Ever heard someone say "I drive better when I'm drunk"?
If you would not do it in residential areas, why would you do it at all?
Don't be an ass.

I just had some knucklehead float into my lane on the interstate TODAY- saw the phone in his hand, clearly texting some important info. The disturbing part was the body damage on his sedan- he's done this before, lol!I guess he didn't practice in a parking lot.
Practice how to drive without looking at the road?
07armygreen -- you kinda dug yourself a grave with this thread. I don't know how many people are going to like this. My 2 cents is I do think it was cool you were on the news, and it was kind of funny. But "practicing" and being confident with texting while driving is kind of, well... dumb.
