Trade in Value

Just for fun I brought my 07 Jeep 2 Door X to the STEALERSHIP to see what they would give as a trade in on my jeep. They offered me $15,000.00 for the jeep. Are they F***ing crazy.

I have fun just driving through the lot to watch them come running out, but I don't stop.

Too bad my dealerships closed up.

They offered my 16 for an 08 hardtop with the locker/swaybar and new rubi tires.....I wasn't even near tempted to trade up...Who would? I don't understand. I'd listen more around 22-23K....

thats good for a two door. on my 2007 with 13,000 miles they were only going to give 11,500 and carmax was going to give 10,000. i bought it new for 36,000.

Well what did you pay for it in 07? I know the new price has gone up since 07 and the value drops the most during the first year / few thousand miles of ownership.

Also, what could they sell it for? They are going to add in their cut.
