I have an opportunity to buy flooded 2009 Rubicon for $10,000. What do you guys think should I go for it? I'm planning to do a Hemi swap so wiring/engine/transmission will be swapped out. Should I be concern about any other electronics? I guess what I'm asking is, would any of you go for this?

Seems like a good deal for a trail rig. You wouldn't want AC power locks, etc. with that. Getting something so new would be nice to not have so much be custom and hard to find. I guess I would want to see how the 10K compared to the chassis costs for a Bruiser or something like that. I wouldn't do it if you are trying to build a mall queen.

I'd make a trail rig outta it and put a Chevy 350 in it. Flat dash, real gauges, etc.

I would say buy it but definitely don't make it a DD. It might need a ton of work for that.
