Wierd noise / feeling in pedal area
So it's hard to describe, but I have this subtle click below or around the driver's foot pedal area. I can't replicate it, it happens on its own, not using A/C, not while turning, not while accelerating / decelerating / braking...it just happens while driving straight at regular speeds.
I wanted to come to you all before I tried taking it to the stealership for a "phantom" noise / feeling. I guess if I had to describe it really, I would say it is more of a feel than a noise...like a click when a stone is caught in the tire tread and then flies up and hits the wheel wells, but it happens in the area around the pedals. I only sometimes can feel it through the gas pedal but not always.
I never really thought anything of it, but my wife recently took the Jeep out and mentioned it too.
Any ideas?

I had the same problem on my jk.I took it on and had them look at everything and they seen that my front drivers upper control arm was loose and my gear box had a leak in it at on of the hoses.
Have your intermediate steering shaft checked by the dealer. Mine was doing the same thing and also felt it in the steering wheel. There are lots of write ups on the subject on the forum. Just search Intermediate Shaft and they will all pop up.
Had mine changed and it went away right away. For how long remains to be seen

Thanks for the quick reply. I'll get right on that.
