Question got 1K to spend on lift

I am pleading for some help to find a lift that i can buy that will be upgradeable and still help me improve offroading during the process. im being stationed in Fort Bliss 202nd MP Co. in October but have to go to AIT in Leanord Wood from november to February (reclassing to 31B. No cambolts to start either. obviously there bad from the 100,000 posts ive read on here. but i am stuck.
Guidelines for assistance:
Lifetime bumper to bumper warranty says 3.5 inch lift and lower.
tire size will never go over 35 inches.
would like to make this lift into a long arm kit.
and the worst restriction thus far, is i have no more than 1 grand to spend on lift and shocks.

if OME is the best bet.........what is OME i just dont understand it at all.

i have looked at everything from RC to RE and TF kits. even ome. lots of acronyms. i have a 08 rubicon 4 door with a 2 inch spacer lift on it wth stock everything else. wife had the stealership install 2 inch spacers (looks like front only) for fathers day as a surprise and i have not been able to get any info on maker of it or anything, gotta love salespeople that switch jobs faster than i change my britches.

PS sorry if hard to read. its 0036HRS and i have had my wisdom teeth pulled and a vicoden already today.
