Check your front track bar mounting bolts. Oh and jam nut if you have an adjustable track bar.

I did lift it but dont remember if I felt it before the lift or not, I didnt have it that long when I lifted it . I will re torque the track bar bolts.

Has anyone resolved the tapping?

Same problem i'm having. I've experienced that tapping in my steering wheel when i turn it to the right, meaning after turning the wheel left when you start right it clicks or taps. I can also feel it in my pedals.

tapping has been there since before the lift.
