At the top of where our rescue mission started

Luckily our stuck friend was still in one piece.

Airing Down helped him get out (and the rain was not bad at all)

This is why he got stuck

With some help from Travis he made it out on his own.

We became tight with border patrol today

Default Fun with the Border Patrol

You can see the stuck boarder patrol truck.

He was really in there

Try number 1

This didn't work either

Double winch action

Had to anchor Travis and Frank

What we dragged him through

This would have been a good study break, sorry I didn't see the thread until now. Glad you guys got out safe. What was preventing the original JK from slowly backing down the hill? Was it just too slick?

For some reason Andy thought he would go through where the Border Patrol Truck got stuck

Look familiar

The way Andy roles Eddie will never see his SBS again.

I figured we were all on a Jeep recovery mission and the mission would not be complete until we actually recovered a Jeep.

Thanks Guys it was a pretty good feeling to help the guys who are helping this country stay safe...and to stop the abuse the poor agent was getting from all the other agents!

Yeah that and he had way too much air so it was like climbing a snow bank on bald tires

There will be and we might see some pay back from the Boarder Patrol!

Nice one Andy...you and I tried all day to find something to get stuck in too bad it was then and there! Your CB was down but we all decided that you should tell Heather it happened while we were recovering the Boarder Patrol Truck versus you did the same line that he did ending up with the same results...what's the definition of insanity again? Something about doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results!
Just kidding dude you know we still love ya!

No worries, I wouldn't have it any other way!!!
Quadratec is going to send me another axle since it broke in less than 48 hours so it wasn't a total loss. I told them I was out in the mud and they agreed that it should not have broken like that. My new one is on the way and if it gets here in time I'll be ready to hit it agin this weekend!

I wish I could be there but I have a final Wednesday night. You guys are just going to have to hear the story from the guys who wouldn't attempt it.
