Hey guys I would like to come on this run, but I have to WORK saturday!! Monache is real close to us, in fact we live about 5 miles from Pearsonville, where you gas up before the mountains. I could meet you guys at Pearsonville saturday morning at 11.30, then meet you up in the meadows on Sunday morning if thats O.K. with you?
Needless to say, as I live up here, if I can help in any way at all let me know. As for the weather, we had some thunderstorms in the mountains a couple of days ago, but it's looking good for this weekend. But always be prepared up here !!!!

 

We are looking forward to this, the pictures look beautiful. And no rocks for me to get high centered on while Toad takes pics.

Yeah, that's exactly where it is. There's a small chance we might be able to head out Friday night. But, I won't know until Friday night.... or Saturday morning.

 

so...once to the water crossing, is it the camps on both sides of the road? the reason i ask is because the camp sites on the pics look different.
