Thumbs up (Video) Bullfrog Trail - JK-Forum & 4X4CORPS

Hey guys,

Just came back from Bullfrog Trail and I wanted to share this amazing and beautiful location with everyone here. SoCalGSXR, SoCalGSXR's Stock Friend, Jeff(from 4X4CORPS) and I went up on Saturday for an overnight trip. Thanks to Jeff's previous experience here we were able to take on a wide variety of trail difficulty and even brought a stock JKRU on some obstacles that would otherwise seem impassible. This might be my new favorite destination and I will absolutely be back there soon.

Please go easy on the video , This is my first time using the GoPro3!

I love Bullfrog, and to a greater degree, Johnson Valley. So much to do and see I like the video! Now I just gotta see if I can at LEAST make one half as good, lol! Did you use the gopro editing software, or something else?

Awesome video Jon Do you have the camera mounted inside? Its hard to tell. I have the new Sony action cam and are still trying to figure out what software would work best. And the best place to mount it.

The next time you run Bullfrog, let me know as I am dying to try it someday.

Cheers, John

I use this to mount it on my Sport cage in the middle behind the windshield:

Amazon.com: RAM Mount GoPro Hero ATV/UTV Strap Clamp Roll Bar Mount: Sports & Outdoors

Looks like they make something similar for the Sony action cam:

Sony Action Cam Mounts

And when I get out of the Jeep or for different shots I use this:

Amazon.com: GoPole Original - Extension Pole Mount for GoProŽ HERO Cameras (36" reach): Camera & Photo

I am currently using VideoStudio Pro X5 and its pretty good software, not user friendly at all though. Pretty steep learning curve to understand the software.

Video Editing Software - Corel VideoStudio X5

I will definitely be going again so I'll let you know!
