ATTN: JK'ers and Jeepers in Kennesaw area!
 

Somebody else has been organizing Hooters jeep meetings in other parts of the country and state.

We have a wonderful Hooters in Kennesaw off of Hwy 41 aka Cobb Parkway.


Before i try to organize this... let me know how many of you would be interested in doing this!

it of course does not have to be hooters... i am in well with the manager of Baileys Irish Pub and Grill off Barrett Parkway and he would be able to set me up with a hell of a deal on a party room or people could just meet up and talk jeeps, trails, etc.


Let me know if you would be interested and if we can get a good number of folks... i will work on coordinating a date and location.


ALL CJ, YJ, JK, TJ, etc welcome... but other jeepers and other rigs are of course welcome as well!!!

As long as it's the weekend. Kennesaw is a bit of a drive.

it's not that bad of a drive.... about 35 minutes....
Personally I think it's a damn good idea (I was actually thinking of somthing like this myself)...

Hooters is good, but Baileys has much better food, and a nice beer selection...
I usually frequent Baileys 2.50 pint night....

Keep us posted on whats going on with this.... I'm definitely game

i vote for Baileys too... plus they have more parking! so... once we get a few more folks interested... we can set a date and time!

then just hop on a few other forums and post location, time, etc.

How about compromise and find a place a little closer towards Atlanta so people on all sides of Atlanta won't have to drive so far to get there?

not really, I just take back roads and hit dallas highway to Barrett....

I used to go to school up off of Sandy Plains, and with morning rush, I had to learn all the backroads so I could get to class on time...

Well, theres not much on the west side of atlanta til you get to Douglas County (which would be just as far to go to kennesaw)

not sure about east of Atlanta or South.... There is a Hooters by Cumberland which sould shave a bit of the drive for those east, west and south of the city....

It's just off I-75 and Cumberland Blvd.... Has LOTS of parking as there is a shopping center behind it....


My schedule is completely open on Wed. and Thursdays... but with a week or two's notice, I can get a friday night or saturday night off... A whole saturday off would be tuff... but could possibly manage..... Sundays are also possible with enough advance notice..

i am open to any suggestions for places... hooters by cumberland would work for me as well. day time would probably be better so we can inspect each others vehicles with ample light.

Hooter's by Cumberland works for me (don't know where it is but sounds like a good geographically). Saturday is the best.
