Hello everyone,

I'm a lifetime Jeep lover and I've been reading the forums for a while, but this is my first post. I havent had a Jeep in about 9 years and just recently got a killer deal on a JK sport with extremely low miles, and a few minor upgrades such as wheels and tires. Im not an experienced wheeler or anything, but am looking to learn the ropes and have a little fun.

For a really long time I have wanted to take my Fiance on a little road trip out of state to a good location and do a little basic novice off roading, and catch some great sight seeing etc. Unfortunately, I live in South Florida and the only cool thing about using my Jeep around here is to cruise around with the top down and doors off in the summer heat. I was hoping to get some advice on when and where a decent place might be to travel from here in SOFLA that I could do just that in the Jeep.

I would appreciate any advice and information from some experienced Jeepers. Thanks!
