Looking at heading to Windrock in the middle of Febrauary. Being from the Midwest and used to snow and frigid temps, what can I expect in terms of weather and conditions? Is it fair to say that I would Run into enough folks down there and be able to tag along? If anyone is interested in riding or guiding I would be subject to moderate trails. We are planning on staying at the cabins. Looking at going February 15th-18th. Looking for feedback and or advice.

 

I've done it in the winter, and it is great. It is usually wet, with slick rocks, mud, (not deep, just packed wet dirt, mostly.) I'd love to do those trails in a snowfall. It would be beautiful and challenging!

I've done it both on ATVs and in my Jeep. On the ATV, you stay warm from the workout.
