Trying to get a group together to head out to Wooly's Off Road park. Had lots of fun last time, but only really explored one side.

Post up if you are interested and lets see if we can get a group together...

Where: Wooly's Off Road (http://www.woolysoffroad.com/)
When: Saturday 8/20 @ 9:30ish

If I am available, I will be there. My trip to ohio keeps changing. It all hinges on that trip

Just to let you know, this park seemed pretty novice friendly. We had a Toyota FJ with AT tires following us around last time and he made it up and through everything we did. I also noticed that many obstacles could be avoided. If all else fails, I have a tow strap :)

For the experienced wheeler, there was good stuff for you as well although we didn't hit anything too scary last time out except a fairly steep and long climb with a downed tree at the top to make it really interesting......

Must have been something semi-serious there as didn't someone almost roll their JK, and I think I read about fenders being torn off (sorry if this was at some other park)?

From what I heard the JKU tried to stand on its ass climbing a hill, and I'm guessing a sneaky tree jumped out and bit the same JKU. You can't trust them trees never known when they will attack. I had already packed it up and headed home by then so I missed it.

Ok, so there was that too! Not sure we ever figured what took out the fender and the near rollover came on that steep hill I referenced.

After everyones heart rates returned to normal, there were lots if smiles and I think everyone had a good time.

That was me. Only one trail that we tried gave me trouble, but I am driving a 4dr with AT tires. Most of the trails are stock friendly.

Looks like it's a go for me! One more 4 door for the trip

Looks like we have 3 confirmed and another 4 maybies. Shaping up to be a fun day on the trails.

In case you need it, here is a link to the park's website: http://www.woolysoffroad.com/ They have a map to the location as well.

Plan to bring lunch. They say they offer hot dogs and burgers, but last time I was out there, they were sold out....
