I bought this bumper and was missing directions to put it on and 4 boots had to go to lowes to get what I needed. When I called about the directions I was told to print them off the computer. Absolutely amazed at the quality of customer service.

But also what did you want him to do since they forgot directions mail you a copy of what's on the website. Now the boots they could have overnighted you some. I had a issue with my LoD bumper and Chris was on it pronto after hours and everything and that is why I took my business back to them and one of the reasons i am getting rid of my Or-fab bumper.
