NEW! Digital air pressure sensor & G Screen 3.0
Now available, our new digital air pressure sensor allows your G Screen to serve as an air gauge!
Having installed some of the other air gauges on the market, I was not satisfied with what was available. The current options out there require you to run an air hose from the compressor all the way through the vehicle and plug into the back side of the gauge. This usually led to hoses getting kinked or damaged along the way, and added extra places for the air system to leak. They also make you figure out how to wire it up, usually with complicated schematic diagrams.

Simply screw the sensor into a 1/4" NPT port on your tank or manifold, attach the waterproof connector to the sensor, and plug the other end into the G Screen's interface module, and you're done!
The G Screen automatically detects when you plug in the sensor, and the next time you cycle through the screens, a new PSI readout is added so you can keep an eye on your air tank!

I apologize in advance if this new digital system causes you extra work - if you're like me, you'll be wanting to track down all the leaks in your air system when you see the pressure reading on the screen going down slowly!
The new sensor requires the G Screen version 3.0, which has been shipping since mid-January 2016. If you have a previous version of the G Screen, you can easily upgrade to the latest version. Simply send us your screen and interface module, and we will upgrade the firmware to version 3.0 and calibrate it to a new interface module with the sensor connection and send it back to you.
Soon we will have the upgrade process on our website, but for now you can call for more details - 901-214-5337.
