If you have an 07 you should be fine. It's the 11's that have the issue as I understand it.

Hey Prodigy,

I'm in the military at Fort Rucker Alabama and I'd love to be a test dummy for your turbo setup!!! What do I have to do to join the club??

This seems pretty exciting. The only things that concern me is the longevity (which has already been mentioned) and the fact that it's for "off road use only". Hopefully you guys will be able to get it to where it will pass emissions and be street legal...Unless I miss understood the site.

Looking forward to seeing how this turns out!

That turbo looks to be a GT35r. If so, I run the same one on my 2.0L and it is making over 500 awhp on pump gas.

I would suspect at 8psi it will last a VERY long time.

Also, I would run this turbo blanket, it dropped my under-hood temps 100deg. Ceramic coat the down pipe even more.

Watching this thread. Nice work.

Greg you are going to one one Happy Jeeper. I was also concerned about the underhood temps and Prodigy had a custom turbo blanket made for me that looks great and will keep fingers/hands off of the hot turbo, it also looks good!

Have there been any issues with ground clearance? Damage to the housing? Is the a skid plate available or would skidding it retain too much heat?
