Yup, 3/16" steel. The widest point is at the back at just over 44". I'm going to post some better pics of the bumper not installed, this afternoon.
Here is an older cad drawing. The production design is a little wider, has two additional light mount tabs and some other subtle mods.

and I don't have much of a clearance issue. Admittedly, it is a little more exposed than I prefer, but I've wheeled the heck out of my rig and have never hit the e-disco motor. I'll have to post a pick of my tie-rod. It'll make you laugh.

Will this work with a Warn Powerplant? Do you have to remove the brackets under the bumper mount or can they stay? I may reuse my RR skidplate and keep the drop brackets

I doubt it works with the PP. The power plant an this bumper are opposite ends of the spectrum. The power plant is expensive and heavy and the bumper is inexpensive and light.
You do not need to remove the brackets. It's completely optional.
