Hello Full Traction....any idea when you will be shipping the 3" Ultimate Lift? You guys have been giving me and my installer (JC Fab) the run around....for the last 2 weeks + it has been "it should be ready tomorrow" consistenty, to now no ETA....
At this point, I am really soured over the Full Traction customer service....at this point really thinking about the 3.5 Rubicon just due to customer sat..
if you are not going be ready to release for weeks or even a month, tell your dealer that and myself when I call.....don't continue with the unfilled promises.

Huh?? I thought they were sponsors already?
As for the customer service question, if you want better service, RE is not the company to deal with. While they make outstanding products, their customer service, or lack thereof, is well documented all over the net. I'm sure the Ultimate kits will be out soon enough.

infact I just orderd a Full Traction economy 3" kit today and will hopefully putting it in fri night or sat morning so I don't have to keep my Rubi stock and I too am tired of waiting on a lift...
and oh yea for those who posted after the second post in this thread this is a old thread and FT has been a sponser for a long time....(learn to read the dates of posts...LOL )

Thanks for the feedback guys but I am not impressed with FT's customer sat at this point and hopefully they can be a little more forthecoming or at least provide a more realistic answer in the near term. As for my own experience I have not had the same experience from RE....even when I did not like the answer they did mis-set my expectations in the past.

I am impressed with the Ultimate lift after having it on for a couple weeks....but was put off with the constant mis setting of expectations....don't give me a date if you don't expect to meet it.....its a pretty simple concept.
