Looking for Wheels, Tires and Lift to Canada

I'm looking for Pro Comp 8179 17" wheels, 33" Mud/Snow/All Season tires and a 3" lift kit. Where is the bast place to buy to get delivery to Canada? Any sponsors able to help out?

Teraflex 2.5" BB more than likely, or Full Traction 2". I think 3" may be too much, I'm only going to run 33" tires.

3" and 33's look cool IMO

but they are twice the price and much harder to install
